The Victoria Shopping Centre on Mostyn Street was built during the 1990's. Most of the land in that part of Llandudno is owned by the Mostyn family through Mostyn Estates. There are height restrictions and colours schemes in place. These are replicas of original Victorian canopies further down the road.
