Viewed across Swansea Marina (the old South Dock) from Victoria Quay. Most of the tower contains apartments. At 107 metres (c350 ft), the 29-storey building which opened in 2009 is the tallest in Swansea and probably Wales, though some buildings currently (2013) under construction in Cardiff will be taller than 100 metres when complete.
