This is against the wall of the now defunct Post Office. The plaque above it reads "Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II visited Berriew on 11th July 1986". The other plaque says "Commemorating 80 years service to the community the Berriew Parish Council established 1894 Replaced by the Berriew Community Council 1974".
