Bensham Manor School is the London Borough of Croydon's secondary school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and/or autism. On Ecclesbourne Road, it occupies the premises previously used by the Ecclesbourne primary school, which moved to a new site close by. In the foreground is the modern purpose-built games area (with fencing around it and a soft surface) which opened in 2012, replacing the hard tarmac netball court seen in earlier images (such as Image).
