Feature of Fairlands Park

Fairlands Park is a rather uninteresting open space in North Cheam. This is near the entrance from London Road (A24). There are two of these which are the most colourful features in the park although I am not sure of their purpose. They are certainly not picnic tables. London Road (A24) is beyond.
