One of two soaring point blocks whose jagged profiles are a landmark on the skyline. The look was used on the Westbury (Image]) and Wyndham Estates (Image]). Built c1965 for the Greater London Council, whose architect was Colin Lucas. Reinforced concrete frame. Double glazing installed c2000 remedied the original poor insulation.
