Horses on Winey Hill

Winey Hill is immediately to the west of Chessington World of Adventures who own part of the hill. Winey Hill may obtain its name from the whin or gorse which still adorns its slopes. The summit at 250 feet offers good views in all directions. The grazing horses are a regular feature of this open space.
