The house on the left is of stone rubble. The pink row are timber framed and plastered, the upstairs was originally jettied, the downstairs being later built out in brick (further details available at Images of England, http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/Default.aspx?id=435275 and http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/Default.aspx?id=435276 ).
