Barry Dock RNLI Lifeboat Station

The lifeboat station, which opened in 1901, is an Observe Station, where visitors are welcome. The crews have been honoured with 14 awards for gallantry. The station is run by the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution), an independent charity which receives no funding from the UK government.
