In August last year, it was still under construction Image but now appears as a black-painted building which is a conversion, with the façade of the former Pipers building retained and a new modern façade with curving windows for the former kebab shop next door. A top floor has been added with a terrace running the full length of the building This and two floors below are to be occupied by Josh de Haan’s businesses: Bucket and Spade (which runs Image and the Smokehouse in Image, View (an online entertainment guide covering all major UK cities and some abroad), Netanagent (an estate agent comparison site) and Rocksalt Recruitment (a specialist consultancy focusing on the hospitality industry). While the floor below will be let out, the ground floor will become an incubator space “The Factory Floor” providing a desk, super high speed internet access, a telephone, kitchen, meeting room as well as mentoring and advice for startup businesses http://www.thisiskent.co.uk/Innovative-New-Office-Building-Folkestone/story-19136252-detail/story.html#axzz2d0JPSYKN
