At the time of the Faenol sale, this was a small farm of 24 acres let out on an annual rent of £80 and comprised of 10 acres of arable land and 12 acres of rough pasture. It is likely that the farm land has since been absorbed by neighbouring farms. The farmhouse is still lived in.
