Looking across St. Stephen's Road from the third floor of the Town Hall, towards Image About a year ago, photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof, as indeed they were on the roofs of much of the council's housing stock as well. See Image for a close-up of the roof. The Wessex Way, the town-centre by-pass, can be seen in the background.
