Left is the Wicebe track to Newton, ahead is the newer Firmounth Road down to Oldhall on the South Deeside road (B976). 'Wicebe' refers to the late William Cunliffe-Brooks (WCB) who bought and put his stamp on a lot of the land hereabouts in the 19th century.
