This postbox was moved about a year ago from its position on the forecourt, facing the door of the post office (see Image). This occurred shortly after the telephone box was removed. The council moved a bus stop to right outside the post office when a pedestrian crossing was installed, in the process removing the on-street parking. The removal of the phone box and the repositioning of the postbox now allow more accessible forecourt parking.
