A vacant property at the corner of Montrose Street South (right). The “for sale” board appeared very recently but (at the date of submission) the agent’s website (where it’s described as “A three storey commercial building which was originally a house but has recently been trading as a tyre depot. The property is in need of complete refurbishment. The location is on a busy road on a main arterial route into Belfast City Centre”) notes “sale agreed”. This photograph appears as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale. Image shows Some (apparently) minor damage incurred, during hurricane “Ophelia”, on 16 October 2017.
