A terrace of four tall houses, now converted to two blocks of flats - see the pair of florid entrances which are much later. Arched ground floor windows and first floor windows set in blind arches. Unfortunately all the Georgian sashes have gone. Built c1825 by a local builder, William Novell. Grade II listed. Part of a group of houses on the east side of Clapham Road running north from Landor Road built on land which came into the ownership of the Duke of Bedford in the early C18th. The Survey of London records that building began after he signed an agreement with Archer Willson, a builder of Fulham, in 1791.
