The Swans of Wells have spread their wings and one has landed here in Street. This particular creature was made by Louise Rushford/ArtHouse Originals. The public art event celebrated the 2012 Diamond Jubilee and the city of Wells. Sixty similar examples of the swans were presented around the area and later auctioned off for charity. Clearly this bird has found a more permanent home.
