The Zetland Arms public house, No.139 Portobello Street, built 1939 for Moors' & Robson's Breweries Ltd. Above the entrance door, M & R lettering in relief in Art Deco style. The two rainwater hoppers bear, in relief, 'AD (emblem of a rose) 1939'. Now a free house. Name and licence transferred from old Zetland Arms, Adelaide Street (closed 3pm 25th June, 1940). New Zetland Arms opened 11am 26th June, 1940.
