This pair of lads obviously thought it was the 1st April. Each passer-by was told they had just dropped something. "I can see it from here", said the boys. At first, aware of city scams involving dropped items, I was trying to work out how they made anything out of this. But the girl was intrigued by the operation, so that was probably reward enough. On the other hand, they are outside Jobcentre Plus, in Sherborne House on the left, so perhaps this is a new job creation scheme. This is beside Hero Bridge and the River Lemon is on the right.
