The new road has been built from Long Road through to the guided busway. It appears as if this will be the main access road for the housing estate. Behind this position it crosses the guided busway and links with the 'Great Knighton' development which is currently being built on land between the railway and Shelford. The whole area will look very different in a few years. I have taken photos of most of the area whilst it was still farmland and the developers had yet to move in.
