Grade II Listed Designed in 1841 by Anthony Salvin (Described by Pevsner as 'the most successful restorer and purveyor of castles in the second half of the 19th century'). The building served as a bank well into the 20th century until Humberts (later Chesterton Humberts) purchased it for their Grantham office. The building stood empty from 2009 and in late 2012 when an application was made to convert the first and second floors to two flats.
