The Land Registry's Birkenhead House was built in 1961, but following a merger with the nearby Fylde Offices in 2006, this iconic building became redundant and was closed. For a view of the Fylde Offices ... see Image It has recently been purchased by Danbro Accountants who are re-developing it as their Head Office, with additional office space for rent ... and - at the rear - a select number of Apartments. These apartments will surely have the best views in Lytham as they will overlook the estuary and Lytham Green towards the Windmill.
