Is at the end of the terrace, covered in scaffolding. Seen from Chatham Street, it is a grade II listed building dating from the 1780s http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-171719-nos-1-to-5-inclusive-with-railed-areas-r Planning permission has been granted by Thanet District Council under application numbers L/TH/10/0370 for an “application for listed building consent for the siting of plaque to front elevation” and L/TH/13/0494 for the “repair and reconstruction of roof including replacement of original dormer windows with larger windows”.
