All in the local yellow ironstone. The nearest (nos.71 and 72) is the newest, and probably dates from the end of the 19th century. It is clearly built to an 'estate' standard. The next (nos.73 and 74) appears to be older, possibly mid 19th century. The furthest (nos.75 and 76) is the oldest and dates back to the early 18th century, with subsequent alterations. It is Listed Grade II.
