The RMS (Road Maintenance Services Ltd) vehicle is parked alongside the A44 near a telephone exchange. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3594859 The vehicle is designed to carry bitumen. There are HOT LIQUID notices on the vehicle and black streaks of former cargoes on its side.
