A gap between blocks within the CB1 development. The block to the left is known as Huxley House and to the right Gilbert House. All units have been sold in these two blocks. Advertised prices were £494,950 for two bedroom apartments and £549,950 for 3 bedroom apartments. If this was a bit too much for you there were 2 bedroom ground floor apartments for £367,500. You get 42.74 sq. metres for this price. OMG! What recession?
