Built as part of the Oratory Church in 1851, so Victorian but almost possessing the elegance and refinement of a Georgian house. Just stone dressings to the windows to betray the date. The stringcourse has a Vitruvian scroll moulding. The architect was Terence Flanagan. Grade II* listed.
