Another old boozer, The Bell, which is now boarded up. It stands on the site of a forge, but this inn (originally the Blue Bell) was built in about 1750 with bow windows - a novel feature in the city's pubs at the time. However, things are not looking so rosy these days. See Image] for the equally-derelict neighbour.
