Viewed across Tremont Road, the Drama Centre is on the corner of Trefonen Lane. The centre houses Mid Powys Youth Theatre, a performing arts organisation for young people (13-24) who are interested in theatre production. Activities include professionally-led weekly drama workshops, a summer school and a yearly theatrical production. The theatre is managed by Powys County Council's Arts Service.
