A wonderful asset for the small town. The entrance section, which is barrel-vaulted, was part of the Dean of Dunblane Cathedral's residence in the mid 17th century. The church was still a cathedral at that point even though it was well beyond the Reformation of 1560 since it had embraced the Episcopacy forced upon the church in Scotland by the Stuart kings.
