Vehuclar access to properties at this address tends to be from the rear; the Gardens form a sloping lawn with scattered trees edged by two footpaths. Victorian villas command a good view across Torquay. The road on the right is Ashfield Road, with Ruckamore and Marcombe Roads branching off to the left.
