Designed by W H Mills and built by the GNR(I) in 1897, the station at Lurgan was damaged by a bomb on 22 July 1972 and promptly demolished by NIR. Further attacks damaged the intended replacements, until the current building opened on 5 October 1981. The station at Lisburn is to a similar design, see: Image Taken with a Kodak Brownie Cresta II camera, the exact date of this photograph is uncertain.
