I don't know what this is. It looks sort of WW2 relic. A semi-circle of road around a central block that looks like a mounting for some piece of equipment. I'm guessing it was something fairly big that needed to rotate in a 180 degree arc, a light or radar beacon maybe. It's beside the London Loop path in Scratch Wood.
