View eastward from the A759 level-crossing, towards Kilmarnock: ex-GSWR Kilmarnock - Troon line. The station - behind the camera - was closed 3/3/69, when the line lost its passenger service, but remained in use for coal traffic. It is noteworthy for being one of the earliest lines in Scotland.
