"Forder Gardens was built in 1898 by the Rt Hon Sir Harry Trelawney Eve" http://www.fordergardens.co.uk/index.html . The two buildings give the impression of being rather grand lodges at the entrance to a stately home, but they stand alone. The lane they are seen from runs along the edge of the National Park, so they are just within it.
