A former vegetable-oil extracting complex on the eastern bank of the River Hull seen from Bank Side. This Grade II-listed brick building was designed by the Hull architects Gelder & Kitchen in 1919 and has stood empty since the 70s. The control tower on top of the swing bridge is also visible.
