Nos.161 & 165 Wincolmlee, Business Print & Design, and the Whalebone Inn respectively. The public house was established circa 1800, with two street frontages, the other being Lincoln Street. Sole survivor of the once many pubs serving the Greenland whaling yards of the area. Retains illuminated M & R Ales (Moor & Robson's) sign and 1920s leaded light windows.
