Not sure what this is. It's on Tully Road and appears to belong to the house in the background, part of the driveway to which can be seen curving away to the right. Too big for a Wendy house and too small to live in. It's new build and wasn't there the last time I came this way - I'm sure I would have noticed - and doesn't appear on the Google Earth satellite view which shows a long building with a green roof close to and slightly behind the same spot. One of life's mysteries.
