At the corner with Livery Street. Aka Derwent House, built as a foundry and offices for Taylor & Challen Ltd (engineers), whose name can be made out at the top. Originally of 1902-12, but subsequently extended and remodelled three times. The listing remarks that it is "an innovative contemporary design influenced by the work of the eminent C20 German architect and industrial designer Peter Behrens". Grade II listed.
