Hay Lodge Hospital in Peebles

The house was built in the late 18th. century when Capt. Adam Hay of Soonhope feued the lands from the town council. The house, now a hospital is built on the edge of one of the most beautiful parks in the entire country. Sitting, as it does, on the banks of the imperious River Tweed, the park provides for all ages in the form of relaxation and sporting activities.
