The driver of this old-style delivery vehicle from the North Yorkshire Motor Museum (in the very picturesque village of Thornton-le-Dale) gave me a jolly 'Toad of Toad Hall'-type blast on the horn and a friendly wave as he made his way through Ebberston. The size and leisurely speed of the van seemed just right in this lovely old place.
