This is a working windmill although it is rarely operational. I'm correcting this because it became evident that a previous restoration had caused a number of problems, particularly with the sails and their mechanisms. The latest restoration, undertaken over the past two years, has remedied the problems and brought the mill back to full (occasional) working order.
