Flush bracket S9972 and an in-filled cut bench mark are on the north east corner of the church of St Mary the Virgin, Bosley. The cut mark is recorded on the O.S. maps between 1871 and 1909, and the flush bracket dates from the 1920s when, presumably, the earlier mark was in-filled with cement.
