Restored Milepost

This milepost was lying derelict for many years. It was cleaned up and re-sited in 1987 on this area of grass. Frequently it is obscured by tall grass. The reverse side reads "To Bury 14 miles" Close to the ground, the date of the re-positioning is inscribed.
