Viewed across Commercial Street looking towards the corner of Bryn Street. The 4-storey building dates from the 1820s, originally a flannel mill, later used as carriage works. The painted sign COMMERCIAL CARRIAGE WORKS on the wall was restored when the building was converted to flats c2000.
