View eastward, towards Sutton Bridge, South Lynn etc.: ex-Midland & Great Northern Joint, Peterborough - Sutton Bridge line, serving no passengers since 2/3/59 when almost the whole M&GN system was closed, but not for goods until 3/2/64, through freight Bourne - Sutton Bridge continuing until 5/4/65. This station seems to have long ago been restored for a farm [- the owner came out and remonstrated with me when I took this photograph without permission!]
