I was alerted by the estate agent's board saying "Church and vicarage for sale" as I was quite sure that the nearby St John's church Image was not for sale. It turns out that this property on Lewisham Way adjacent to St John's vicarage is the former Welsh Presbyterian Church, which at the time of the photo was indeed up for sale with planning permission for building additional houses on the site. IF they had used the term "Manse" rather than "Vicarage" it would have been more correct and less confusing.
