Gannochy Estate was constructed in the 1920s by A.K. Bell to provide good quality affordable housing. The houses are owned by the Gannochy Trust. Note the attractive pattern of sandstone blocks forming the wall of the nearby house. The neat beech hedge is also a feature of the estate; there are 14 miles of this around the houses.
