The regeneration of the old city docks continues apace. Linden homes are now creating two new additions to the Western Wharf area, with the Boat House and The Purifier House - now available for over a third of a million each! The older building to the left of shot is the old Purifier, one of a number of industrial sites in this area that comprised the Bristol and Clifton Oil Gas Co; it was set up in 1823 to provide for the city of Bristol. For many years this was left an abandoned shell, but has a future now; proposals have been accepted to turn the Grade II listed house into flats, shops and a restaurant.
