Planning approval was granted in 2007 for 32 dwellings, including bungalows, for shared ownership, rent and sale at Camberwell Way - Phase B: east side of Camberwell Way. This development replaced former houses on the City Council's Ings Road Estate. In the background, Muswell Court tower block.
